Your First Visit
Our front desk team will help make sure that you feel welcome the moment you arrive at our practice. Once your new patient paperwork is complete, you’ll be taken back to our treatment area. New Orthodontic Patient Forms
We’ll need to make sure that your new patient forms have been taken care of before your initial orthodontic visit can begin. These forms will provide us with crucial information that will help us make the right choices for your smile, such as your dental health history. It shouldn’t take long to complete these forms, but please don’t hesitate to ask one of our team members for help if there’s something that you don’t understand.
Preferred Plan
Wearing a retainer is essential for maintaining the results of your orthodontic treatment. However, it can be all too easy to lose your retainer on accident. As such, we offer our patients the option of signing up for our Preferred Plan. Thanks to this plan, you can get a new retainer up to four times a year should the current one be lost for any reason. You can rest easy knowing that if you ever need a new retainer, you will be able to get one without breaking the bank. Many of our patients can tell you firsthand about the peace of mind that our Preferred Plan can bring.
